Our licensed therapists work with adults 18+ to explore and address issues that impact their emotional well-being and daily functioning. We firmly believe that therapy is not a one size fits all, and our experienced clinicians utilize various techniques and approaches to help our clients gain insight into behaviors and patterns, learn coping skills, and work towards personal growth and healing.

Adolescent Therapy

Our experienced therapists recognize that teens are in a crucial stage of development and self-discovery. We use age-appropriate techniques and approaches to create a fun and inviting space for teens to begin building resilience, and enhance their self-esteem. Pre-Teen Therapy

Our therapists help our pre-teen clients build resilience, improve their self-awareness, and foster healthy ways to manage their evolving emotions. Children 9-12yrs are beginning to develop their perception of the world, and with that comes physical, emotional, and social changes. Our clinicians utilize engaging and interactive techniques to help clients communicate their emotions and develop coping skills.

Child Therapy

At B&B Therapy, our child therapists utilize playful and creative techniques, such as drawing, storytelling, games, and role-play, to help children 4yrs+ articulate their feelings and experiences. Our therapists address struggles such as anxiety, behavioral problems, adjustment difficulties, and social challenges, while also fostering emotional regulation, self-esteem, and healthy social skills. 

Medication

At B&B Therapy, we take a more blended approach to care by integrating psychotherapy and medication management to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Our experienced provider, Dara, creates a space where autonomy is valued and questions are welcomed. Combining therapist and provider in one place fosters collaboration, and allows for a more well-rounded approach to meet each clients' unique individual needs.

Dara treats clients 5 years+ and older.

Genetic Testing

 As part of our services, B&B Therapy offers genetic testing, which analyzes specific genetic markers that may influence how your body processes medications. This information may help your provider know where to start when prescribing a medication that will work with your unique genetic profile.
